Tragic Loss of Mayor Ngong Innocent and Dr Aghi Aaron Ngong in a Violent Attack

On Monday, May 20th, a tragic incident occurred in Belo, Cameroon, claiming the lives of two prominent individuals. According to Rock Fm radio D'la, Mayor Ngong Innocent, the newly-appointed president of the Cameroon football federation (FECAFOOT) divisional League, lost his life in a violent attack.
The incident occurred during the National Day of Unity celebration in the Northwest Region of Cameroon. Reports indicate that separatist fighters launched an attack during the event, resulting in the deaths of at least two individuals. Mayor Ngong, who also served as the mayor of Belo, succumbed to his injuries before reaching the hospital. His body has since been taken to the mortuary for further investigation and formalities.
